We’re really pleased to share that Broster Buchanan has been awarded a place on ESPO’s Strategic HR & Recruitment Services framework (3S_26), running from 7 July 2026 to 6 July 2028.
It’s an appointment we’re proud of. Established in 2015, Broster Buchanan has built its reputation on doing one thing well, helping organisations find the people they need for their teams and our specialist consultants bring decades of combined experience supporting a wide variety of organisations across the public and not-for-profit sectors. This framework is a natural fit for that work.
Broster Buchanan has been appointed across commercial recruitment, spanning finance, procurement and legal, on both a permanent and interim basis, alongside permanent appointments up to £45,000 (Lots 1c, 2c and 4). Whether an organisation is filling a business-critical interim gap or building a finance team for the long term, our consultants are here to help them access the right people, quickly and compliantly.
Lucy Rider, Senior Director at Broster Buchanan, said:
“We’re proud to have secured our place on the ESPO Strategic HR & Recruitment Services framework. Public sector and not for profit teams are under real pressure to achieve ongoing efficiencies and performance improvements, whilst navigating funding pressures, and being on this framework means we can support them the way we know best with consultative advice, deep sector and discipline knowledge and access to genuinely well-matched candidates. We’re looking forward to helping organisations strengthen their teams and deliver for the communities they serve.”
The framework is open to eligible UK public sector organisations. That includes local authorities, educational establishments (including academies), central government departments and agencies, and police, fire and rescue and other emergency services as well as NHS and health bodies, housing associations, colleges and universities, and not-for-profit and charitable organisations. If your organisation needs to recruit finance, procurement or legal professionals, on a permanent or interim basis, this is a straightforward, compliant route.
Using the framework is free and designed to be simple. Eligible customers can access appointed suppliers in one of two ways either by direct award (call-off) or by further competition. In practice:
If you’re not sure which route suits you, the simplest thing is to contact ESPO or talk to us. We’ll explain how it works and point you to ESPO to get set up.
