Lucy has worked in talent for over 20 years, dedicated to accounting and finance recruitment within Yorkshire. Lucy recruited across all industry sectors, but in recent years has predominantly focussed on public sector and not-for-profit clients. Lucy has a genuine interest in the people that she works with, helping both candidates find the right job and clients secure the best talent for their team. Lucy works hard to develop her networks for the long term and knows to achieve that, every candidate and client she supports has to receive the highest levels of service.

Lucy is an enthusiastic and supportive ally for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and proud to be a Mental Health Champion.

Interesting Fact

Outside of work, Lucy is a qualified Coach in Running Fitness and a regular runner who has run races from 1 mile to Ultra Marathon Distance. She even met her husband at Park Run. She’s also a qualified guide leader and her long-term life goal is to own her own forest or piece of woodland to create a community green space.
