I’ve worked in recruitment for 5 years, before that I was cabin crew for BA for 3 years. I live in Kent but grew up with a military family, so I’ve lived all over the place including Germany and NI.
I’m driven by results. My role is to find candidates the perfect job and businesses the right candidates, it’s a bit like matchmaking, it feels really satisfying! I’m very close to my 4-year-old niece and I want to be a role model for her and show her females can achieve anything and be whoever they want to be. She’s definitely my ‘why’.
Supporting the team at BB drives me every day. Especially when it’s an obscure role that becomes a challenge, I’m like a dog with a bone until we find the right candidate. When I had only been at BB for 3 months I won the ‘above and beyond’ award internally and that felt like great recognition, I was delighted.
I have a chihuahua called Rooney. All of the pets we have had during my whole life have been named after Manchester United players, a big passion of mine! I really enjoy painting and have started a digital pet illustration business for fun.
