      Are you skilled in financial analysis and modelling? Are you passionate about deciphering complex financial data to drive strategic decision-making? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our dynamic and innovative client is seeking an experienced Financial Modeller to join their team and contribute to their continued growth and success.
        
      As a Financial Modeller, you will play a crucial role in to making informed investment decisions, evaluating potential partnerships, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
        
      The role is linked to the increased investment opportunities the organisation is reviewing. They have an additional volume of financial / investment proposals that are of a complex nature but provide investment opportunities for the local area and that are in line with master plans. To capitalise on these and de-risk the proposals the business requires an experienced Financial Modeller to review the proposals and assess the financial options available.
        
      Responsibilities:  

      • Develop robust financial models to forecast project performance and assess the viability of partnership opportunities.
      • Perform thorough financial appraisals and valuations to assess the financial feasibility of potential projects, acquisitions, or investments.
      • Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
      • Leverage your advanced Excel skills to create and maintain intricate financial models that simulate different business scenarios, conduct sensitivity analyses, and provide actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
      • Analyse large datasets, perform trend analysis, and identify key financial indicators and performance drivers.
      • Present your findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
      • Utilise your financial modelling expertise to project future financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.  

      Requirements:  

      • Proven experience in financial modelling, joint venture analysis, appraisals, and financial statement preparation
      • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
      • Effective communication and presentation skills
