      I’m working in partnership with an exciting client to recruit an Associate Director – Commercial to join a purpose-driven, not-for-profit financial services organisation dedicated to improving financial wellbeing for vulnerable individuals.

      Key highlights of the role:

      • Develop the business case for long-term sustainability of the ethical loans scheme
      • Own relationships with key funders and stakeholders, including government departments
      • Design and test new pilots to improve financial resilience for millions
      • London based, but only likely to require a monthly visit to central London.
      • Salary range: £70,000 to £80,000

      What you’ll bring:

      • Experience in financial services, especially consumer-facing propositions
      • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
      • Commercial acumen and business case development expertise
      • Contract and supplier management skills
      • People management experience
      • Experience of working within public sector and financial services to deliver at a senior level at pace and are comfortable working within an environment that can be ambiguous at times.
