Broster Buchanan are hiring for a Banking Administrator position for a leading financial services company based in the East Midlands.
This is a permanent full-time role paying circa £25k-£28k plus benefits package.
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the role will focus on ensuring the accurate and timely execution of company-wide banking administration tasks.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the opening of bank accounts, processing daily transactions, production of statements, and assist Treasury colleagues with project work.
The day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
– account opening, closures, and servicing of bank accounts
– production of client statements as required
– act as primary banking contact within the business
– assist treasury colleagues in other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
– process high volumes of daily transactions across both client and corporate
accounts, including uploading payments to and from several platforms, balance
transfers and client tax payments
– communicating with third party providers, both written and verbal
– updating and managing multiple internal and external systems, trackers, and
spreadsheets
– confirming changes to our existing client facing teams

Looking for someone with 1-2 years experience in a similar role which included managing bank accounts / processing payments / banking operations
