      We’re delighted to be recruiting a Deputy Finance Business Partner to work with a fantastic non profit organisation who support individuals across our region with their mental health. 

      The Deputy Finance Business Partner will be responsible for a variety of service areas, supporting with budgeting and forecasting as well as management accounts and variance analysis. 

      Key responsibilities:

      • Assist the team in developing budgets and reforecasts to ensure information is available to budget holders and the Executive Team.
      • Prepare monthly management information, including variance analysis and narrative to guide budget holders.
      • Prepare consolidated balance sheet reconciliations
      • Manage the General Finance Assistants, including HR associated processes to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the finance function and achievement of agreed outcomes.

      The successful candidate will ideally be working towards a professional finance qualification. You will have experience supporting various budgeting processes, reconciliation and also be confident in managing a small team.
