      This is a home based role and you will be required to travel sites . You will often work on site in a range of locations in the South East but will be expected to attend meetings at our Central Offices in London as well as via Microsoft Teams. You will work closely with the sites to provide effective oversight of budgets and financial forecasts. You will be involved in the due diligence process as the group expands and be a key link between the Central team and their partners
       
      Responsibilities: 
      Your role will be a mix of budget planning and financial forecast work together with providing challenge and support to your sites.

      • Providing financial support and challenge to a number of sites. The Finance Business Partner role manages all aspects of Group budget, working closely with the Group Financial Controller.  
      • Providing support with financial forecasts and business planning processes and ensuring that these are prepared on a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy.  
      • The role provides a key link between central finance team ensuring compliance, challenge and support. 
      • A key element of the role will be the imparting of strategic advice and business modelling, to meet key performance targets, to Heads, Business Managers
      • Overseeing the on-boarding of new sites and the initial finance due diligence process. 

       
      About You 

      You will have a background in multi-site organisation or extensive experience of a finance business partnering role in a multi-site organisation. 
      It is desirable that you will be ACA, CIMA, ACCA (or equivalent) qualified and will need to be a: 

      • Team player

      • First rate communicator 
      • First rate negotiator 
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – understanding complex accounts and processes.
