Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP or IFRS.
- Assist with the audit process, including preparing supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- ACA or ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience in financial accounting, potentially moving from an Accounting Practice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
