Our client is seeking a driven and ambitious Financial Controller to join their company in County Durham and play a pivotal role in their continued success.
About You:
- A qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior financial role.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a finance team.
- Strong financial accounting, reporting, and analysis skills.
- Experience in preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
