FREELANCE CRM MARKETING MANAGER
An exciting London based business is looking for a FREELANCE CRM MARKETING MANAGER to lead on their digital marketing on a 3-6 month contract. You will have B2B marketing experience including CRM management, marketing automation and digital advertising.
The focus will be on lead generation, nurturing and conversation
This is a 2-3 day per week contract with one day based in Farringdon, London.
Main Duties and Overall Responsibilities:
- Website Management:
- Create website process updates and overall responsibility for website maintenance and consistency working with the agency
- Monitor and report on website performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in user experience, SEO and lead generation
- Email Marketing / Marketing Automation / CRM:
- Develop and implement automated marketing workflows that nurture leads and drive conversions
- Help to maintain a clean client database including data uploads, cleansing, and GDPR compliance
- Work alongside sales team to create sequences to attract new leads
- Analyse and report on the performance of email campaigns, client interactions, and lead conversion
- Campaign Execution:
- Support creation of campaign materials, including emails, landing pages, direct mail, and social media content
- Collaborate with the rest of marketing team on content distribution and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals
- Scoreapp:
- Support creation of digital surveys using scoreapp as part of reports and campaigns
- Digital Advertising:
- Manage PPC, LinkedIn ads, and retargeting campaigns to drive traffic and leads, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs
- Social Media:
- Support the promotion of marketing campaigns across social media channels
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights to the team
- Provide weekly update on planned social content
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop reports and dashboards that track key marketing metrics across all channels
- Provide actionable insights to the marketing team and client partnerships and consulting teams on campaign performance
Professional Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in executing multi-channel campaigns
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to aggressive deadlines
- Self-starter mindset
- Good communicator
- Strong writing skills for social, digital communications
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and optimising digital campaigns
Technical Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of marketing automation software (specifically, HubSpot) and CMS systems (WordPress)
- Proficient in CRM systems and database management, specifically HubSpot
- Expert experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) a plus
