      We are working with a FTSE listed technology/media business based in London, who are looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to join their team.

      The Head of Marketing Operations will be a key member of the Digital Marketing Management Team and will be expected to live and breathe the core values of the business.
       
      Key Responsibilities

      • Business partnering with brand leads to understand their goals and objectives, working alongside them to develop briefs in the context of audience-driven experiences and to provide subject matter leadership.
      • Ensuring seamless delivery of digital marketing initiatives including campaign planning tracking, audience selection and activation, email activity and execution.
      • Accountable for evolving the brands approach to Account Based Marketing, designing implementing and optimising strategies and plans.  
      • Owning the workflow system and producing appropriate reporting on brand activity.
      • Running regular review meetings with the brands.
      • Monitor SLAs from Digital Marketing and Brands.
      • Covering campaign management processing and planning when the Marketing Operations specialists are unavailable.
      • Working closely with other Heads of to continually improve processes and highlight any resource gaps that would impact campaign delivery or plans.
      • Working with other teams to ensure quarterly review meetings are taking place, and goals and optimizations are clear and executed.
      • Managing the Marketing Automation execution team and helping them to upskill the Marketing Operations team on the technology stack.
      • Quality checking briefs from brands to ensure that they are of the standard that the team can execute well against.
      • Working with the Digital Analytics team to understand and use the brand KPI frameworks and dashboards, detailing when these might require updates/enhancements.  
      • Ownership of campaign tracking methodology
      • Managing the end-to-end process on behalf of the business brands in reviewing future requirements

       
      Requirements

      • Strong, demonstrable experience in marketing operations; analytics or a similar role
      • Marketo certified and strong automation knowledge.
      • A minimum of 5 years’ experience team management experience.
      • Ability to lead multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment, ideally with a global brand.
      • Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
      • Use of Workflow Systems.
