MARKETING AUTOMATION MANAGER
I’m working with a London based brand who are looking to a B2B Marketing Automation Manager to join their team. You will drive demand generation, campaign optimisation and increase the lead conversion. This is a key role within the marketing team and your expertise is essential for continuous improvement and growth of the company
Key Requirements:
- Drive the implementation, integration and maintenance of the CRM system and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot)
- Create and manage the automated marketing campaigns- email marketing, lead growth and segmentation
- Optimise workflows in the automation platform
- Analyse performance of the campaigns and make recommendations for future improvement
- Work with the sales team to optimise lead conversion rates
- Ensure all data is accurate going into the marketing systems
- Track the marketing metrics and KPIs to ensure future improvement
- Work with the wider marketing team and advise on best practice for marketing tech and automation tools
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and data governance policies
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a marketing automation role is essential
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with automation platforms- Pardot, Hubspot
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and software (Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Strong Excel skills. Able to work with large data sets
- Turn data into marketing insight to improve marketing campaigns
- Able to optimise marketing process and campaigns based on the data
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign analysis
- Able to create and drive marketing automation strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to collaborate
