      Our client are a forward-thinking manufacturing business in County Durham, recently bolstered by significant investment, poised for an exciting phase of expansion. They’re seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping their future.

      What you’ll do:

      • Partner with operations: Delve deep into our manufacturing processes, collaborating with key stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and drive profitability.
      • Financial modelling and forecasting: Develop robust financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making, ensuring the business stays ahead of the curve.
      • Investment analysis: Evaluate the financial viability of new projects and initiatives, providing data-driven insights to support informed investment decisions.
      • Reporting and analysis: Prepare insightful reports and presentations that translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior management.
      • Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor analysis, and economic conditions, providing strategic financial guidance to the leadership team.

      What you bring:

      • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar role.
      • Proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex financial concepts to a non-financial audience.
      • A collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
      • Proficiency in financial modelling tools and ERP systems.
