Senior Pricing Analyst

Broster Buchanan have been retained by a high growth and private equity owned business services organisation, based in Birmingham, to recruit a Senior Pricing Analyst.

This is a newly created position with a strong emphasis on driving analytical insights into pricing and helping the business execute and track the price increases. Working closely with leadership to drive changes in processes and systems, to enable the pricing transformation programme. 

You will be the key analyst on all pricing related activities, stepping into existing fragmented data sets, identifying and building new data sets, and laying the foundations for a common data models over time.

Other key responsibilities will include:  

• Providing reports for senior management on pricing adoption and penetration.
• Mining data sets to drive new insights / opportunities to produce clear pricing KPIs.
• Working closely with different functional teams to get access to accurate information / data.
• Helping leadership implement new ways of working, developing relationships to ensure pricing best practice are utilised. 
• Working with the business units to identify opportunities to enhance pricing reporting, processes, controls and systems.
• Acting as champion for Pricing across the business and helping the adoption at all levels of operation, often challenging current ways of working.

The successful candidate will have relevant pricing experience in a medium to large complex organisation and be comfortable in bringing data from different systems and drawing conclusions.
