Based in Milton Keynes, she leads the firm’s UK growth strategy, focusing on building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and strengthening Broster Buchanan’s presence across the UK.
Janine began her recruitment career during one of the most challenging economic periods – the 2008 financial crisis. Through determination and a relentless focus on delivering results, she quickly rose through the industry, building a UK number-one performing desk within a global FTSE-listed recruitment business within just 18 months.
Today, she plays a central role in shaping Broster Buchanan’s long-term strategy. Her focus is on people, culture, and sustainable growth – investing in talent development, expanding the firm’s sector expertise, and ensuring Broster Buchanan remains a genuinely great place to work.
