Commercial Finance Business Partner

The Commercial Finance Business Partner will support the CFO and leadership team in driving commercial finance across the business of this forward thinking, innovative business. 
 
The Commercial Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing detailed analysis of data to enable business decisions and deliver key objectives, as well ensuring that key controls are adhered to whilst partnering with non-finance personnel 
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Month end preparation – work with key stakeholders to ensure accurate cost detail / cost tracking and accruals are captured.
Maintain relevant accrual and cost tracking documents Liaise with supply chain team on all forecast / budget processes
Support CFO to deliver accurate financial reporting, including detailed variance analysis
Work closely with the Logistics team to review costs
Proactively look for improvement opportunities in logistics accounting and control processes
Support the Supply Chain process 
 
Experience in Commercial Finance role required
Experience in supply chain movement or FX preferred  
Continuous improvement mindset in processes and ways of working
Good analytical ability
Able to build relationships across all levels of the organisation Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
Ability to travel across the group Part-qualified working or working towards a recognized Accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
