When I set up Broster Buchanan I was passionate that we would create a consultancy based on experience, relationships, delivery and quality. With a career spanning 20 years in global recruitment companies, I was increasingly frustrated by how some of the sector was becoming more transactional in its nature. People are the most important asset of any organisation and the identification and attraction of the right talent is critical to any business’s success. Kevin’s career highlight would have to be the journey that Broster Buchanan is currently on. Setting up 8 years ago working from home, cafes and hotel lobbies to the business it is today, it is really still at the start of its journey to what it will become over the years to come, which is really exciting.

Out of work, Kevin’s time is mostly spent with the family, his wife and himself running around after 2 young boys and a dog! He also gets to the gym as much as possible and gets a few rounds of golf in where he can (more of a summer golfer!).
