Nicola Terrell is a Senior Consultant based out of Broster Buchanan’s London office, with over 10 years’ recruitment experience delivering talent solutions for clients in the UK and internationally.
Starting her career in Travel and IT recruitment (following a degree in Travel & Tourism), Nicola has built extensive experience managing a wide variety of clients and assignments – from established brand names to fast-moving start-ups – often supporting roles and projects on a global scale.
Nicola is particularly known for her head-hunting approach and ability to deliver for specialist roles, including appointments in far-flung locations such as America, Europe.
