Kevin is Co-Owner and Chief Revenue Officer at Broster Buchanan and Orbbis, with over 20 years of experience in recruitment and a background in event management. Since co-founding Broster Buchanan in 2015, Kevin has played a pivotal role in growing the business from a blank sheet into a nationally recognised consultancy, now operating across eight UK offices.
With deep market knowledge across finance, technology and executive talent, Kevin leads strategic growth and client engagement. A passionate advocate for innovation in recruitment and inclusion in the workplace, Kevin also acts as Chair of APSCo’s Midlands Forum, helping shape industry standards across the region.
Launching and scaling Broster Buchanan from cafés, hotel lobbies and home offices into a nationwide business that’s still just at the beginning of its journey.
Away from work, Kevin can usually be found chasing after his two boys and the family dog. He’s a keen gym-goer, fair-weather golfer, and a big fan of Sunday roasts in Cotswold pubs – ideally followed by a summer festival with friends and family.
