Lucy leads Broster Buchanan’s Leeds team, partnering with organisations across the public sector, charities, not-for-profit, education, housing, NHS, and commercial industries. She recruits from part-qualified and newly qualified accountants through to senior finance leadership roles, and also supports broader corporate services hiring including HR, marketing & communications, business support, and change & transformation.
