Business Applications Manager

Business Applications Manager based in Rochdale. This is a full-time permanent role 4 days a week onsite in HQ in Rochdale and 1 day WFH. The salary on offer for this role is £50,000 – £55,000
 
Due to continuing growth and future expansion plans, the IT team is recruiting a Business Application Manager to assist in creating a robust and scalable strategic application platform to support future business needs.
 
Skills requirement/experience
· Established leader of business application teams
· Highly proficient in business analysis, requirements gathering & gap analysis
· Demonstratable understanding of process mapping and documenting
· In-depth knowledge and experience of CRM/ERP/WMS system selection & implementation
· Extensive experience in large, end to end, systems implementation
· Proven track record in application standardisation & process automation
· Confident working with systems integrators and software companies
· Excellent problem solving & project management skills
· Supply chain knowledge within Retail and/or Manufacturing
· Experience of Anthill CRM and/or Odoo CRM/ERP desirable.       
    
Role Responsibilities
· Establish, lead & manage the Business Application Team
· Assist in the creation of the IT strategic plan and prioritise work accordingly
· Review, document and improve existing processes and procedures.
· Lead the implementation of integrated & standardised company systems
·  Provide 3rd line application support for business 
·  Manage 3rd party contracts and providers
