Broster Buchanan has introduced a Diversity & Inclusion Working Group to continue the organisation’s work towards identifying and rejecting discrimination or harassment based on the grounds of race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, religion, religious beliefs or disability & social mobility.
To promote equality, diversity and mutual respect in the workplace the working group have committed to the continuous review of the policies, practices and procedures that apply to relationships with both their colleagues and in their business dealings with clients, candidates, suppliers and other third parties.
Dominic Cassidy, a member of the Board of Directors at Broster Buchanan explains,
“We recognise that diversity is a moral imperative that undoubtedly improves the workplace. As we work through the review of our own practices as an employer, we also have an eye on the talent industry as a whole and will continue to question our interactions with clients to introduce new ways of working that promote diversity and inclusion and remove all forms of unconscious bias in the hiring process.”
