I started my career as an administrator before moving into secretarial work and then finding my love for recruitment. After a period away from the field, where I explored a career in hospitality, I returned to administration and now work as a credit controller.
I met Alex Mackenzie who introduced me to the unique opportunities at BB. His enthusiasm and the innovative approach at BB reignited my interest, allowing me to view recruitment from a fresh perspective and ultimately leading me back to this field.
One of my proudest achievements is recovering over half a million pounds of overdue debt from a single customer. It was an incredibly fulfilling experience that gave me a great sense of accomplishment!
I am a Finance Assistant at BB, with a focus on credit control, working alongside the rest of the finance team, Helen and Hannah. My responsibilities include managing incoming funds, processing credit notes and invoices.
I live in the Northwest with my two pooches, Milo and Tilly, and share a love for live music and attending gigs with my partner. So far this year we have seen 33 bands and are on track to go to over 100 gigs by the end of the year! I also like to see my friends and we always do the weekly pub quiz on a Thursday!
