BID SPECIALIST
- Permanent position- part time or full time
- Sheffield based
- £35,000 to £55,000 plus benefits
- Largely remote- 1 days per month in the office
One of the top property developers in the UK is looking for a Bids Specialist to create and deliver bids and tender submissions. Work with the wider bids team to ensure bids are compliant and accurate.
This is a very flexible role and is only required in the office once or twice per month. This position can also be considered on a part time or full time basis. If you are a Bid Specialist, this is one of the best opportunities on the market!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver compliant and accurate bids and tenders
- Work collaboratively with the Bids Team to create winning submissions
- Create content to support tenders, ensuring all instructions are followed
- Refine the companies response to submissions
- Coach and help the bid team to create compelling content
- Ensure all reviews are on time and quality content when submitting tenders
- Maintain the bid library
- Responsible for tender management online portals
- Manage SQ and ITT files ensuring they are up to date and accurate
- Be the link between the bids team and the client
- Identify tender deliverables
- Produce a bid winning collateral for clients e.g. case studies, presentations and proposal documents
- Work with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external to the company
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a bid role delivering quality tenders is essential
- A keen eye for attention to detail
- Experience with single and two-tier tenders
- Able to manage multiple bids simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
