      BID SPECIALIST

      • Permanent position- part time or full time
      • Sheffield based 
      • £35,000 to £55,000 plus benefits
      • Largely remote- 1 days per month in the office

      One of the top property developers in the UK is looking for a Bids Specialist to create and deliver bids and tender submissions. Work with the wider bids team to ensure bids are compliant and accurate.
      This is a very flexible role and is only required in the office once or twice per month. This position can also be considered on a part time or full time basis. If you are a Bid Specialist, this is one of the best opportunities on the market!

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Create and deliver compliant and accurate bids and tenders
      • Work collaboratively with the Bids Team to create winning submissions
      • Create content to support tenders, ensuring all instructions are followed
      • Refine the companies response to submissions
      • Coach and help the bid team to create compelling content
      • Ensure all reviews are on time and quality content when submitting tenders
      • Maintain the bid library
      • Responsible for tender management online portals
      • Manage SQ and ITT files ensuring they are up to date and accurate
      • Be the link between the bids team and the client
      • Identify tender deliverables
      • Produce a bid winning collateral for clients e.g. case studies, presentations and proposal documents
      • Work with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external to the company

      Experience Required:

      • Previous experience in a bid role delivering quality tenders is essential
      • A keen eye for attention to detail
      • Experience with single and two-tier tenders
      • Able to manage multiple bids simultaneously
      • Strong written and verbal communications skills
