Management Accountant

Broster Buchanan are working with a large business services company to appoint a Management Accountant to be based in their Kings Langley office (offering hybrid working).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monthly management accounts with comparisons and analysis to budget, 
• Financial statement preparation including audit process management
• Supervising the team’s preparation of monthly management accounts
• Delivering periodic cashflow forecasts and distribution calculations 
• Co-ordinating the annual budgeting process 
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

The successful candidate will ideally be ACA/ACCA/ CIMA qualified and have experience of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounting routines within a commercial organisation. You will have a strong process and control focus and good attention to detail. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities. Team management experience is also beneficial.
