      MARKETING AUTOMATION MANAGER

      I’m working with a London based brand who are looking to a B2B Marketing Automation Manager to join their team. You will drive demand generation, campaign optimisation and increase the lead conversion. This is a key role within the marketing team and your expertise is essential for continuous improvement and growth of the company

      Key Requirements:

      • Drive the implementation, integration and maintenance of the CRM system and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot)
      • Create and manage the automated marketing campaigns- email marketing, lead growth and segmentation
      • Optimise workflows in the automation platform
      • Analyse performance of the campaigns and make recommendations for future improvement
      • Work with the sales team to optimise lead conversion rates
      • Ensure all data is accurate going into the marketing systems
      • Track the marketing metrics and KPIs to ensure future improvement
      • Work with the wider marketing team and advise on best practice for marketing tech and automation tools
      • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and data governance policies

      Experience Required:

      • Previous experience in a marketing automation role is essential
      • Experience with Salesforce
      • Experience with automation platforms- Pardot, Hubspot
      • Knowledge of data analysis tools and software (Google Analytics, Tableau)
      • Strong Excel skills. Able to work with large data sets
      • Turn data into marketing insight to improve marketing campaigns
      • Able to optimise marketing process and campaigns based on the data
      • Experience with A/B testing and campaign analysis
      • Able to create and drive marketing automation strategies
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • A willingness to collaborate
