Senior Risk Business Partner

Our client, one of Manchester’s fastest growing financial services businesses requires a Senior Risk Business Partner to join their team.

The Business
This business is on an exciting journey and an impressive and ambitious growth trajectory. Market leaders in their field, they have an excellent platform to diversify in to new products. This diversifications means they are embarking on a period of planned expansion and as such they are seeking a Senior Risk Business Partner. This is an exiting opportunity with the very real possibility for the role to grow in to a Head of Risk.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer and being part of a small and well established team, the deliverables include:

– Business Partnering with Head of Departments and key stakeholders across the business
– Engaging and influencing key stakeholder to help them to understand, own, prioritize, and mitigate their risks (operational, financial and regulatory risks)
– Designing and embedding the risk managment framework for the business
– Risk analysis, championing a risk culture across the business and much more

The Person

– You will be an experienced risk management professional from an insurance or banking background/ consultancy with an FS client base
– You will have in depth knowledge of designing and embedding risk management frameworks
– You will have experience of risk management across financial, operational and regulatory risk

The Package

– Starting salary of £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
