Incredibly supportive and willing to spend time preparing for interviews and discussing options and next steps. Also acknowledges that there may be other opportunities being perused in parallel and I didn’t feel pressured into this role, but felt Hillary was willing to talk objectively through pros and cons of both roles. I hope to work with Hillary in the future when recruiting roles in my new team.
