The Brief
Hilton Foods has worked with Broster Buchanan for several years when they requested support with the transformation at one of its large UK sites. The brief included the dual hire of a Finance Director and Financial Controller coupled with various interim finance contractors to ensure continuity across the finance team and a focus on operational support.
Outcome
The recruitment process was successful, attracting a diverse pool of highly qualified and skilled candidates, making hires for both positions in a timely manner. The BB team bridged the gap with interim solutions, placing an Interim Finance Director and Interim Costings Manager to support the transformation.
It’s been a busy 2023 for the Peterborough finance team across all levels.
