Broster Buchanan’s team were tasked with helping PwC build their Salesforce architectural capability, with a particular focus on identifying candidates with the ability to reach Certified Technical Architect (CTA) level, to accelerate growth of PwC’s CTA Population’.
PwC is a reputable Salesforce Partner, but hiring for CTA talent is both expensive and challenging. Hiring very high potential individuals, and supporting them to reach CTA level was a key strategic project.
The Solution
Utilising our extensive network, and through our CRM and headhunting, we created a substantial talent pipeline that matched the technical and cultural requirements, and introduced this to the PWC team as well as intel on market conditions.
Working with both the business and HR, we identified the best approach to attract and secure talent, given the incredibly competitive market for Salesforce Technical Architects.
To ensure this, we constructed an agile, quick and thorough process from CV submission to interviews and extending an offer.
The Outcome
We successfully placed 5 Senior Architects over a 9 month hiring period, 2 of whom reached CTA level within 18 months of joining PwC.
We continue to support PwC’s hiring plans in Salesforce, including any architectural hires.
